Help! My data isn't syncing

Don't panic! Here's what to check:

  1. Are you signed in to Google Drive?
  2. Do you have internet connection? (We know, obvious, but we had to ask! 😉)
  3. Try forcing a sync by pulling down on the main screen

How do I reset everything?

Having a fresh start is sometimes just what you need! To reset PlanBee:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Look for "Reset App Data"
  4. Confirm that you want to start fresh

Note: This will delete all local data. If you're using sync, make sure to delete the cloud data too if you want a complete reset! 🔄

How do I delete my Google Drive data?

To remove all PlanBee data from your Google Drive:

  1. Visit drive.google.com/drive/settings in a web browser
  2. Go to 'Manage Apps'
  3. Find 'PlanBee'
  4. Click 'Options'
  5. Select 'Delete hidden app data'

Don't worry - this only affects PlanBee's data, not your other Google Drive files! 🗑️

Can I access my backup files directly?

For security reasons, PlanBee's backup files in Google Drive are not directly accessible (this is a Google requirement, not us being secretive! 🔒). However, you can:

  • Download backups through the app
  • Create local backups anytime
  • Export your data in various formats

How secure is my data?

Your data's security is our top priority! Here's how we keep your information safe:

  • All data stays on your device and your personal Google Drive
  • We can't access your data (even if we wanted to!)
  • Backups are encrypted and stored securely
  • You have full control over your data
What happens to my data if I uninstall?

If you uninstall PlanBee:

  • Local data is removed from your device
  • Cloud backups remain in your Google Drive until you delete them
  • You can restore everything by reinstalling and signing in
